\nVilla Bobolino is a recent and very contemporary home. It can accommodate up to 18 people. If needed, cot and high chair are available for the little ones.<\/p>\n
Villa Bobolino consists of 8 comfortable double bedrooms \u2013 each with a large private bathroom \u2013 a large living room with beautiful views and a spacious and bright family kitchen.<\/p>\n
The decor is basic and functional. All rooms feature air conditioning, wi-fi and TV. The great family living room has a blue-ray 3D player. The finely finished private bathrooms include extra-large showers.<\/p>\n
We made estensive use of premium materials, such as glass and steel, the best flooring and porcelains, terracotta, marble from Carrara and solid wood.<\/p>\n
On the ground floor you find the entrance, which faces the stairs and leads to the first floor, a large living room with view, three bedrooms and a large kitchen, directly accessible from the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and plenty of utensils.<\/p>\n
On the first floor, the large living room has a beautiful view over the hills, olive groves and the town of Montelupo. From here, you can reach the four additional bedrooms (one of which sleeps 3) and a large terrace.<\/p>\n
Having a low environmental impact has been a key principle of our project from the very beginning \u2013 we now continue to manage the villa with this philosophy. We compensate our emissions by planting trees and plants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\nVilla Bobolino is highly eco-friendly! It features floor heating, a photo-thermo-voltaic system and a wood-burning heating system. All electricity is produced with solar panels, laid on roof and on garden terraces. We recycle all materials: glass, plastic, paper, aluminium; we collect organic waste and use it in the garden and the orchard. We collect rain water and, after proper filtration and cleaning, reuse it to fill the pool \u2013 which we heat with solar panels \u2013 and to irrigate the many thousands of plants and flowers that are found in the garden. Whenever we can, we offer our produce to our guests \u2013 fruits and vegetables we grow in the villa orchard: apricots, pears, apples, tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, cherries, strawberries, olives \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\nOutside<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The owners are very fond of nature, its colors and scents \u2013 and they sowed roses, oleanders, lavender, rosemary and lilies all over the property. Springtime at Villa Bobolino is a real wonder and a delight for the senses.<\/span><\/p>\nThe large swimming pool for adults and children can be heated with solar panels when the weather allows for it. The outdoor shower next to the pool is also sun-heated. A baby pool is available next to the large one. Around the pool is a large sunbathing area, the spot the sun-lovers enjoy the most. The swimming pool is carefully maintained to fully comply with the local rigorous hygene and safety standards. The entire pool control system is automatized to maintain optimized water level and balanced water parameters.
