The minimum stay is 4 nights during mid-season and low season.
Small pets are welcome.
Check-in: between 4pm and 7pm – Check-out: 10 am.

Exclusive pool access occurs between May, 7th and September, 25th
Pool access is allowed starting at 9 am until 8 pm until August 31st and starting 9:30 until 7pm in September.

The price does not include:
Air conditioning / heating: 50 €/day for 6 bedrooms (up to 13 people) – 60 euro/day for 8 bedrooms (up to 18 people)
Tourist tax: 1 € / day per person for at least 14 years of age up to a maximum total of 6 euro per person
Final cleaning: 19 euros / person including children
Security deposit 300 euros
A cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. In case you stay longer than 1 week, extra linen changes can be provided on request and additional cleaning service can be provided (16 € / hour) with the desired frequency. Daily change of bedroom linens and bathroom towels: € 15,00 / person, including room cleaning service). Shuttle service to and from the airport with quotes on request. Museum reservation service.

To submit your booking, you must make a bank transfer of 30% of the stay within 5 days of confirming availability and send the form with your details and the period of stay you have chosen. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
A possible change of date may be requested and will be evaluated by the property
The balance of 70% must be paid within 60 days before arrival.
